Autumn 2016
Floodlights have been repaired and Monday club night is being well attended! Please remember to sweep the courts now Autumn is upon us.
Summer 2016
Another tournament was held in June, as a fund raiser for Marie Curie. A great day was had by all and the sun shone! Congratulations to Hilary and Irene, the winning pair. Excellent organisation by Kim and "her team"!
Autumn 2015
Since having some branches cut back, the leaves are less. However, please could members sweep at least half a court before playing. Padlock code for sweepers is 0156.
Club night is now on Thursdays, starting at 6.30pm and followed by a drink at the Winged Spur for those interested.
From Monday 28th September the padlock will be replaced as it is beginning to wear. The new padlock will have a combination number which should have been e-mailed to all members. The shackle should be pressed in after the correct number is selected, this enables release. Any problems please contact Marie Newman. Please do not divulge the code to anybody just refer them to Marie, then their membership status can be checked.
Summer 2015
June 12th 2015 saw a very successful ladies doubles tournament and lunch held in aid of Marie Curie.
